a) Thank you for taking the time to point out these facts. Your are most right in pointing out that Polkadot’s ICO funds were not really hacked and any allusion I may have given to that was unintentional. Any error or omission remains mine.

b) Thank you also for pointing out Cosmos, its exclusion was not deliberate, but merely a function of oversight. Polkadot and Cosmos are similar in their goals perhaps but different in their approach to what seems to be an intractable problem. I appreciate their different methodologies and will be monitoring the ultimate success (or lack thereof) of both projects with keen interest.

I cannot thank you enough for contributing to the quality of the discussion and the very polite and amicable way you have pointed out the gaps in my approach and understanding.
